About Me

Hey there, my name is Andrew! I am a 21 year old high school graduate, and I plan to attend collage to chase my dreams of being either a therapist, a pilot, or art teacher, I haven’t decided yet.

Here’s a few things about me!
-My birthday is April 27th, 2003.
-I am a licensed driver, and the car I own is a 2017 Black Hyundai Iconic.
-I am currently employed part time.
-I am a trans gay man, and I do not hide it, I am pride proud!
-I have Hazel eyes and Dirty Blonde hair. My hair is styled as a mohawk mullet.
-I am the youngest sibling!
-I adore aviation and love to talk about bombers and fighter aircrafts.
-I have a apology problem, and apologize about every five seconds for literally everything, so I do apologize if you commission me and I say sorry a lot
-I have undying love for my persona and draw him far too much

-For my illustrations, I use my iPad Pro 2024 with my Apple Pencil Pro.
>Fun fact, my iPad is engraved with the words "The game was rigged from the start," a quote from Benny from Fallout New Vegas. My pen is also engraved, with the words “Ave, True to Caesar,” for the faction Caesar's Legion from the same game.-My primary app for illustrations and animations on my iPad is Procreate, though I sometimes use Procreate Dreams for animations.-For editing videos together, I use an app called Adobe Premiere Rush, which if you have the Premium version of Adobe, is definitely worth it for editing!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.-Please write in a clear and kind manner.
-References and pictures of general ideas are preferred to text descriptions
-Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be canceled.
-If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENT-All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
-My currency is USD, and is accepted through PayPal.

III. PROCESS-Work In Progress (WIPs) will be given during the creation process to ensure the client is happy with the product.
-WIPs might be given more frequently if I am struggling and need more guidance from the client.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, Order of Commission, Complexity, Work, School or Family Matters.-While not required, I ask that you do not rush me unless you have been waiting about one month for your commission.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However;
>After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
>Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to use the produced drawing, as well as the client.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site.
-Post it wherever I want.
>(note that credit will be given to the client if I, the artist, use the drawing for any purpose for the character/for the commission)The commissioner are allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (I.E making money off it in any way)
-Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
-With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
-Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
-Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
-You have a right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received.
-If money has not been sent yet, I have the right to cancel the commission.
-Refunds will not be given after I am 75 percent done with the commission (usually the coloring/shading stage).
-If you get your refund, your right to the product up to that point will be retracted.If you attempt to scam me, know that;
-You will forbidden to ever commission I, Paladin Porkchop, ever again.
-Your name may be publicly posted anywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
